Processing & Shipping Times
- All items are pre-sale and require up to 3 weeks for production before shipping.
- Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Since each item is made to order, we do not accept cancellations once production has started.
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
