Return & Refund Policy

At eX-Ls, all of our products are made to order through a pre-sale process, ensuring quality and exclusivity. Because of this, we have a no returns, no refunds policy, except in cases of damaged or defective items. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or any other personal reasons.
  • Please double-check your order details, including size and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send an email to exlsclothing25@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
    • A brief description of the issue
  • We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit (subject to availability).

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as each item is made to order.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
